As the founder of Vspeaks LLC., and the creator of the Lovesmart program. She has dedicated her life to teaching, encouraging, and equipping individuals with the tools they need to thrive, emotionally, socially and spiritually. With more than two decades of experience in youth and community development, she has impacted thousands of students in schools, colleges, churches, and community organizations across the United States and internationally.

Valerie is the author of "God's Divine Intervention" and 16 additional books that address real-life issues facing youth and adults, including relationships, personal development, self-awareness and self-empowerment. Through her signature Lovesmart seminars and workshops for all genders and No More Drama and The Girly Girl Experience for women. Valerie creates safe, engaging spaces for honest conversations about dating relationships, self-worth, boundaries, healthy choices, and personal wellness.
